Course Overview

Overcoming OCD: A Step-by-Step Path to Healing

Course Overview

If you struggle with intrusive thoughts, overwhelming anxiety, and compulsive behaviors that feel impossible to control, you are not alone. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can be relentless, exhausting, and isolating—but there is hope.

This course is designed to give you a structured, evidence-based approach to managing and overcoming OCD. Using proven therapeutic methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), you will learn the tools and strategies necessary to break free from OCD’s grip and take back control of your life.

The course is structured so that each lesson corresponds to one week of time spent learning and engaging with the content. That said, the modules are provided to you each week and sometimes contain more than one lesson, so it's possible to complete all of the lessons and modules within about 5-6 weeks if you really want to push through the material. My suggestion is to take your time and allow yourself to really reflect upon what is learned. There's a lot of content here. I don't want you to gloss over anything that might be helpful.
